We have decided to put on a full three day schedule under the auspices of the 'Mentor Me' programme to cover a range of what we believe are essential training areas covering key skills for Wedding & Portrait Photographers. In addition we are also offering 'Mentoring Clinics' to assist with problems and dispense advice. With a maximum of 72 individual 'Mentoring Assessment' appointments over the three hectic days of the Convention, early booking is essential. Each appointment is limited to 15 minutes during which our Mentoring Team will endeavour to give you some valuable advice.
Simply bring along a CD with up to 20 Images in JPEG format, sequentially numbered 1 to 20 with no prefixes or a selection of prints and we will do the rest!
The Mentoring programme itself is FREE to all members and should be considered an important and essential route for those wishing to gain our valuable qualifications. Approach"
Of all the criticisms levelled at Wedding Photographers, the inability to
dynamically pose, compose and crop their images is the cardinal sin. In
today's market being different is not just desirable, it's essential! The
adaptation of natural movement into photographic 'posing' need not be
difficult or problematic. This does not mean over-posed controlling
behaviour that is described as 'alien' to current concepts of 'Reportage'.
You will be encouraged in this session to become more tuned to your powers
of observation.

So you have lots of delightful Wedding & Portrait images, but do you
really know how to present and sell them as well as you should? The final
part of the day is set aside to examine our presentation and sales
techniques with critical attention drawn to final composition, output
options, composite image design, appropriate media selection relative to
subject matter and new product development.
