In this Masterclass, which is specifically aimed at part-time wedding photographers aspiring to become full time or those whose wedding photography business is not performing as well as you wish, Neil will explain how he has built and developed his business from shooting his first wedding 6 years ago to what is now his full time career.

1. How I started in wedding photography and how I decided the right time to go full time
2 My approach to marketing/social media and how it can be used to increase bookings and build strong relationships with other photographers and wedding suppliers. 3
Pricing and packages, always a difficult area but I will be sharing details about the packages I offer and why they work for me. 4
Building strong client relationships, without doubt one of the most important areas of wedding photography and an essential one to get right.
5 How I approach, and photograph, the wedding day itself - During my talk I also plan to show a slideshow of a complete wedding from start to finish so I can talk about how I shoot on the wedding day itself. Neil will explain how he made the transition from part time to full time, how he decided the time was right to make the change, how he has managed the change in lifestyle and the many lessons he has learnt along the way. As well as pointing out the key factors which need to be carefully considered before going full time, Neil will also show a slideshow of a full day wedding from beginning to end, explaining how he works on the day and how he interacts with and guides his bride and grooms.

Neil will also discuss the very important role marketing, social media and relationship building has played in the success of his business - basically everything he has learnt so far ...and how you can do the same!
