The competition is judged the first week of each month, therefore
entries need to be received by the final week of the preceding month.
Images submitted for competition may be used for promotional use by the SWPP & BPPA, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to: change or modified the rules without notice.
Applicants agree that any entered photograph may be used by SWPP & BPPA and or Professional Imagemaker in any of the publications, printed materials, or electronic media
No identifying marks may appear on the front of the entry
Prizes will not be awarded if the winner does not attend the annual awards presentation or provides an acceptable reason for absence.
All images will marked as follows
Gold - Silver - Bronze - Unclassified
Gold: Awards will go forward to the annual judging and are deemed to be images of the highest standard and will be published in Professional Imagemaker
Silver: Above standard. These images will be reviewed every three months and have the potential of being reclassified as Gold.
Bronze: Acceptable competent image.
Unclassified: Below acceptable standard for a competition image.
