Jill Bristow photographer in West Sussex I have been in photography: I can't remember a time when I haven't had passion for taking photographs. How I got started in photography: I've been taking photographs since I was knee high to the proverbial. My dad used to develop his own and he instilled the interest in me. I can still remember sitting in the wardrobe winding the film around the spool - the wardrobe being the darkest place in the house! My photographic skills: My skills are my personality and adaptability. My personality: I am very approachable and love people, no matter the age, sex or background. Coming from the North, I am honest and down to earth - as you'd expect! Geographic areas I cover: West Sussex and Surrey. Venues I frequently attend: Anything apart from sport. Photographic training: Mainly self-taught over the years, but I did attend a two day course in Newbury in 2006. My interests outside photography: I am also an alternative therapist and practice holistic massage, hot stones massage, manual lymphatic drainage massage and Hopi ear candling.
