Welcome to Janelle Elise Photography. My name’s Janelle and I have the pleasure of capturing life's special moments through the lens of a camera. I’m a wedding/portrait photographer in Minneapolis, MN. I absolutely love meeting new people and helping them capture those special moments in their life. I find joy in finding new and creative ways to express life in a photograph that goes beyond just the taking of a picture. That's why your photo session doesn't end after the pictures are taken. The creative editing process is just as important as the session itself. Every session is a new challenge to find something new in the ordinary. I absolutely LOVE my job.

I love the unique little coffee shops and old fashioned diners - great places to meet and talk. So much of a photography session is about the chemistry between the client and photographer, so lets meet and see if I’m the right one for you.
