Living in the South Wales area I am able to cover Rugby - Principality League (NeathRFC, Swansea RFC, Cardiff RFC etc) also The Magners League (The Ospreys etc). I cover a lot of Soccer in Swansea City AFC and Cardiff City AFC. Also Welsh League Premier Division and MacWhirter Welsh League Div1. Cricket is on my doorstep also – Glamorgan CC. Living near the coast I get occasions when I photograph Kite-surfers, water sports. My life is pretty busy but, I am always looking for new adventure with the camera. Photography is a massive learning curve and can bring great rewards if you are as keen as myself. I must admit I love the digital world far more than the Film days as I am always telling other learning photographers to “shoot and shoot” more often as its Free (not like wasting rolls of film). You can always view your work instantly on the rear lcd screen or laptop (pc) which always excite the photographer. I love wedding photography because like sport it allows me to visit different areas and find that Bride and Groom differs in many ways which can be easy or another challenge. Weddings only have one hitch and that’s the bad weather - Rain. I am ‘Photoshop’ trained so all my work is individually processed by myself and no other. My printing is carried out by a Professional Company. I am a member of Neath Camera Club so, whenever I get spare-time I pay the Club a visit and set-up a Studio session. My gear consists of Canon Pro Dslrs and L Lens, mostly F2.8. I use a 580EX Flashgun. Being a photographer who has attended many practical and theory courses regarding photography which I thoroughly recommend simply because it’s a great way to meet other photographers and appreciate their work. Courses are not cheap but if you can afford them don’t stop yourself going that extra ‘step or two’ forward. I am a very friendly photographer, always a willing to take on any job being small or large.
