Helen Jones Photographer providing photographic services in Richmond Surrey My photographic style; As a general photographer my style varies depending on the requirements of the customer. It is sometimes dark and moody and other times high key. As an example in my wedding photography business I have a reportage/fashion type of approach however my main aim is to produce attractive flattering photographs of the bride. My greatest strengths; My ability to take flattering photographs of people, my natural eye for composition, my ability to adapt to situations quickly and produce results without fuss. I have an approach which is warm and friendly which I see as a strength when working in the field of portraiture and weddings. I have been in photography; 10 years professionally How I got started in photography; My first job was a commission by one of the Conran venues, Mezzo, to do a permanent installation of my work and to produce the artwork for one of their restaurants. I was given equipment sponsorship by Canon in the form of a mutual publicity deal shortly afterwards and haven't looked back. My photographic skills; I work quickly and efficiently and am very customer focussed. I have a good eye for composition and an effective use of software for post production. I am particularly skilled at photographing women in a flattering way and am dedicated to giving a good service to my customers. My personality; I am outgoing, friendly, reliable and creative. Geographic areas I cover; London, SouthEast, Worldwide Venues I frequently attend; I have worked in an enormous variety of locations and most appeal in different ways. I have particularly enjoyed working at The Bingham Hotel, The Lanesborough, The House of St Barnabas, Wadhurst Castle, Pembroke Lodge, Marble Hill House, The Goring, The Dorchester, Kensington and Chelsea Register Office, The Mandarin, Number Sixteen, Blakes Hotel, Bafta, among others. I found inspiration from; I have recently been impressed by Jeff Ascough's work which has encouraged me to commit more time to post production.
