He is sat with a mug of tea, a big smile on his face and his heart on his sleeve as he is creating what he describes as a storybook design, but what I would call a work of art. He The speed at which he creates these storybooks is phenomenal, he makes it look so easy! After having my engagement photos ruined by a last minute booked amateur photographer I mentioned in passing how upset I was to Divyesh and before I knew it I'd given him a CD of the photos and he got to work. Being good friends, and knowing what I'm like he told me to 'stay out of it!' and 2 weeks later I received two crisp books, and they definitely told me the story of my engagement as I would have wanted to hear it! At the time all I could remember thinking was, if he can do this with poorly taken photos, imagine what he could do with his own work! The photos had been transformed, but didn't look at all edited. This is just his post photography work, but his real talent unveils when you give him a camera, and an event. Maybe this is the reason why he has a client list that includes Miss India UK 2009, Mumsy Stranger, BAFTA, Abhisheik Bachan, amongst others. Divyesh however is not phased by all this, and says, 'To me every client is as important and exciting to me as my first was'. His pictures are a regular occurence in Asian Bridal Magazines and he insists weddings are his favourite events to capture. When asked why, he responds 'Because you are part of their special day, but then when the day comes to and end, they have my pictures as their memories. What isn't great about someone never forgetting you?!' You can't argue with that! Choosing the right photographer for your wedding is one of the most important things that make or break your big day. You want someone professional but friendly, reasonable but not compromising in quality, passionate but willing to listen to your needs. You want Divyesh Koria. Humble, a little quiet, very talented, his pictures definitely do the talking...
