Specialist Photographer for :- Portrait photography Type business: Semi Professional Photographer My photographic style: Intuitive, structured, crude, surreal My greatest strengths: Architecture and Street Photography I have been in photography: All my life, I just didn't always have a camera How I got started in photography: My father is a photographer. He thought me most of what I know. At 16 I got my first film SLR, and I dabbled a little for a few years. After university I started off again, and never stopped since. My photographic skills: I'm best when I'm on the street. Natural light is my studio. My personality: Introvert, logical, in seek of balance, loud, opinionated, sensitive and vulnerable. Geographic areas I cover: Wherever I go. Based in Malta. Venues I frequently attend: Outside. Cities, Countryside, Historic and cultural locations. I found inspiration from: Society, nature, decay. Success in photography: Fellowship of the SWPP at 32. Press & PR Photographer of the year. A number of awards in international competitions. Photographic training: My father started me off. From there on, I learnt from numerous mentors, and read as much as possible. Other artists teach me through their work. My interests outside photography: Other visual art forms, music, cinema, cuisine, gadgets... Why I like the SWPP: It's a great way to learn, network and share knowledge. Tagline: Reality is subjective. We all live in our own bubble of consciousness. Photography is the ideal medium to externalise our personal reality and show it to the world.
