Capturing the emotion of an occasion or the personality of a personality! My greatest strengths: People photography, Theatre & Event photography, Portrait, and PR I have been in photography: 22 years How I got started in photography: in the newspaper industry as a junior press photographer My photographic skills: My main forte is people photography - I do many profile features on celebrities and personalities for magazines, studio portraiture and kids. I found inspiration from: my job is to find inspiration in all I do - every job is different so I draw inspiration from the subject itself or its surroundings which is what makes a good photographer Success in photography: I generally do not have time to enter competitions, however I have a licentiate from the MPA and SWPP. I have a good pedigree as a photographer having covered some Royal jobs, many Magazines and have just recently photographed top PR guru - Max Clifford's wedding exclusively which appeared in many national newspapers and magazines. I am also the official photographer for several national charities and have contracts ranging from a top UK vineyard to Aston Martin car dealers Photographic training: Many seminars over the years - now run training courses myself My interests outside photography: music, art, film Major events: several Yacht assignments in Antigua and the Med, Charity receptions at the Houses of Parliament and Downing street, 7 years of being the official Photographer at the Leatherhead Drama Festival and Michael Caine Awards night. co shooting on an RVO event with the Royal Family at Windsor castle. It is never easy to hold the concentration of an 8 year old, or to make an 11 year old girl feel comfortable whilst having her photo taken. Not only did you achieve both these, but you managed to make two teenage boys looks smart and worthy of a photo for the wall. Finally, and by no means least, you somehow managed to disguise a few of the tell tale wrinkles on us oldies! We had a great time in your studio and we love every single photo you took.
