My aim is to ensure that all my clients enjoy the experience of being in front of the camera so they feel confident that I will photograph their true character and experiences. My greatest strengths: Helping people feel relaxed so I can get all aspects of their character coming through on their portrait/wedding images. Enthusiasm and passion in all things I do. Enjoy challenges! I have been in photography: Five years How I got started in photography: By going on a Barrett & Coe wedding and social portraiture course and studying various business courses. Started part-time and then decided to take the plunge - never looked back. My photographic skills: Wedding and social portraiture, Bumps & Babies, Families, Fun Fashion Shoots, Boudoir My personality: Professional, fun, relaxed, passionate and enthusiastic. Love trying new things out. Work well under pressure. Always looking for new challenges. Can't get enough travelling. Never, ever bored! Geographic areas I cover: Primarily Yorkshire, but happily cover the UK, and abroad! Venues I frequently attend: All, there is always something special about any place I visit - it's just a matter of realising the opportunities that a venue will naturally provide. I found inspiration from: Yerbury - I love their unique style, Bjorn Thommason his passion for lighting, People who are not afraid to realise their dreams, Travelling and Weather because it changes a scene/mood in an instant. Success in photography: I haven't entered any competitions or applied for any qualifications. Other than getting 99.5% in Barrett & Coe exam, qualification Grade 1. Major events: Too many to mention but last one was: Managing the project of building our own house last year - just moved in! Yours was a highly professional but warm presence at the event, handling guests with sensitivity and putting them at ease. Despite having to work in the less than ideal conditions of our half-renovated home, you produced all the usual groups shots required plus a host of beautiful reportage pictures that really captured the laughter and relaxed nature of the day. We also loved the artistic still life's of flowers, champagne, food, gifts etc that we will be able to use to flavour and punctuate our wedding album.
