Contemporary. Reportage, photojournalistic. My greatest strengths: Patience with people, especially children. Prepared to wait to get the best photograph. I have been in photography: About 6 years ago I bought my first SLR and so probably about 6 years. How I got started in photography: I got started by joining an evening class My photographic skills: I love working in Photoshop and experimenting with different techniques to digitally enhance my photographs, sometimes changing them into artistic impressions of the original subject - not with people obviously. My personality: Easy going, cheerful and have a can do approach to everything. Geographic areas I cover: Lancashire - Preston, Leyland, Lostock Hall, Chorley, Kirkham, Blackpool, Lytham, St Annes, Warton, Freckleton. Venues I frequently attend: No particular preference but do like rural settings I found inspiration from: Flowers - the delicate and intricateness of their beauty. I love both domestic and wild flowers an regularly collect them to photograph in my little studio.
