A dynamic, exciting and inspiring speaker, Jeremy has been a featured platform presenter at many major conferences, including Wedding and Portrait Photographers International, Imaging USA, Siggraph and Macworld. He is the author of six books, including the Painter Creativity series, and numerous instructional videos and DVDs. He founded the online art training web site PaintboxTV.com, and runs workshops in his San Francisco studios and around the world. His portraits are in public and private collections internationally. Subjects who have sat for live portraits by Jeremy include entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson and US baseball legend Willie Mays. Originally from London, Jeremy studied drawing, sculpture and print-making at the Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art at Oxford University (while earning a degree in Physics) and then studied lithography and drawing at the Vrije Academie in The Hague, The Netherlands. In 2010/2011 Jeremy was hired by the Fine Art Museums of San Francisco (the de Young and Legion of Honor Museums) to perform live painting at the museums while portraying artists Edgar Degas and Vincent van Gogh in tableau vivants. He was also commissioned by the San Francisco General Hospital to paint one of the large iconic Hearts, subsequently purchased by Visa Corporation.
