I have been in photography: I have been a Graphic Designer for 17 years and a fulltime Photographer for 2 years. How I got started in photography: I took wedding photos for several friends and then launched Love Day Photography as a serious effort to develop the company. Over the past couple of years Google ad campaigns and Wedding Fayres have helped tremendously to build the Love Day name and brand. My photographic skills: Ability to get the job done under pressure whilst maintaining a very professional attitude. My personality: Friendly, out going and personable Geographic areas I cover: We cover mainly the South West of the UK (Bristol/Bournemouth westwards) but would also travel further if we were required to do so. Venues I frequently attend: Stoodleigh Court near Tiverton is one of our favourites and also Bickleigh Castle, also near Tiverton. I found inspiration from: My inspirations are the wonderful area (Devon) in which we live in, all of the couples that we photograph who are making that massive commitment together and last but not least my late father who first got me interested in photography at an early age. Photographic training: Although not specifically Photograph my training was as a Graphic Designer at Falmouth School of Art (HND) graduating in 1994 My interests outside photography: Walking, travelling, cinema, golf, Exeter (chiefs) Rugby Major events: This year (2011) I was asked to become a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts Testimonials: 'We can t thank you both, enough for the amazing photographs you took at our wedding - you completely and utterly exceeded our expectations! From our first meeting you really listened to what we wanted and were able to build upon and develop those ideas even further. We wanted pictures which would be contemporary, creative, intimate, fun, relaxed and unique we got all of that and so much more! You captured the atmosphere of the day and have given us an amazing collection of memories to treasure forever. We ve had so many comments from family and friends about how beautiful the photographs are, and the dvd which you put together has been a real hit, even Dad wants to watch it on repeat!
