Nikon Solutions Expo 2007 – 5th & 6th December. Olympia, London

Now in its second year, Nikon are holding another two-day professional photographic event on the 5th and 6th of December at Olympia. The show will involve practical demonstrations by leading industry experts showcasing technologies and techniques to help visitors develop their skills. The show is divided into three key zones including Action, Expert Seminars and Exhibitor Stands.

Apple, Adobe, Epson, HP and Mitsubishi are some of the companies expected to exhibit at the event. Nikon has also teamed up with a range of media partners and representative organisations including the SWPP & BPPA, who will be supporting the event.

The interactive demonstrations will cover a range of topics over the two-day event, from shooting the perfect portrait, innovation in wedding photography to devising complete workflow solutions. Nikon will have its full professional product range on display including the recently announced D2xs SLR and the SB800 based Creative Lighting System.

Thanks to a live wireless transfer network, lecturers and a group of lucky delegates will be able to send their images directly to ‘The Hub’. Essentially a state of the art printing station provided by Nikon partners dedicated to the output of work generated at the exciting ‘Action Zones’ and delivered by the ‘WT’ powered Wi Fi network.

Attendance is free for the entire event but as places are limited all visitors must pre-register at the address below.

For SWPP & BPPA members we have an extra special treat in store! We need 10 participants for each of the four interactive sessions making a total of 40 golden tickets!! These lucky members will be able to receive invaluable advice and hands on instruction from top trainers, Martin Grahame-Dunn & Jonathan Brooks, both with a wealth of experience in social photography at the highest levels.

Even if you have already registered for this super event if you wish to be considered for one of these places you must apply directly to SWPP & BPPA head office on 01745 356935. There will be two sessions each day (12 noon – 1.30pm and 2.30 – 4.00pm) so please indicate the session you would like to attend. These places are offered on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and the lucky participants will be supplied with full details nearer to the event.

We anticipate that this will be a phenomenally popular event and an opportunity to explore the exciting world of Nikon imaging solutions. Respond fast, grab a place and be part of an exciting event that is sure to become a fixture in the photographic calendar.

Opening times are from 10am until 5pm on Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th December. To reiterate, attendance is free but as places are limited so visitors must pre-register at http://www.swpp.co.uk/seminar_files/nikon_2006.htm
