CONVENTION LATEST

Noritsu (UK) Ltd offer more than 6x4

Noritsu will be exhibiting their award winning dDP421 and DP100 at the SWPP Convention in 2007. The Ddp 421 is high speed, digital dry inkjet printer, offering a low cost means of providing a wide range of high quality, profitable digital printing solutions.  The printer is virtually maintenance free requiring no chemicals or water and with a floor print of just 11 square feet.

The DP 100 is a stand alone printing system which can be connected to single or multiple computers and server to the DP 100 stand alone printer and form a network for printing data. The DP 100 is simple to use and as it does not use chemicals it can be installed anywhere.

The DDP package powered by Express Digital allows professional photographers to grow their business by establishing highly efficient digital workflow systems and to create print packages. It is also a tool to edit and archive images seamlessly.

Noritsu’s retail package which is powered by Oblo uses templates and auto-composition software enabling the user to produce personalised books and calendars, adding a profitable new revenue stream to their business. The software includes over 200 pages of up to the minute designs and the kisok can link to any digital minilab or printer. Further information can be found on www.prints4profit.co.uk which has just been launched by Noritsu to offer a complete imaging solution to their customers.

Unfortunately Monte Zucker has been taken ill and he will not be able to attend this year's Convention, however he has asked Clay Blackmore to step in. Clay worked for Monte for many years and is an awesome speaker and will give a fantastic seminar.  We do wish Monte a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing him later in 2007.

Photo Quote: I know some photographs that are extraodrinary in their power and conviction, but it is difficult in photography to overcome the superficial power or subject; the concept and statement must be quite convincing in themselves to win over a dramatic and compelling subject situation. - Ansel Adams
