Print Competition.
Over the last couple of weeks we have had one or two emails regarding images which have not been loaded onto our server. The simple answer is that just a few of our members are still attempting to upload files without THEIR name on the files. Last month four members of staff spent three days trying to cross reference erroneous file names with the server database to find out who the images belonged to.
File names such as 'mono', 'DSC1234' 'wedding' mean nothing at all to us and the additional danger is when we upload from the server then files with identical names will overwrite other submissions. So please put your name on the files that you upload.
Example Left: Shows exactly how files should be named before uploading.
Remember only a few days to go until the end of another month, so get your entries in as soon as possible.
