Canon’s LV-7575: professional projection with 5500 lumens

Canon today strengthens and extends it's projector range by launching the LV?7575 - a high brightness Multimedia Projector, designed for professional environments. Replacing the LV?7565, this new model offers an increased brightness of 5500 lumens. Fully equipped to provide high quality projection in large venues, the LV-7575 also features advanced connectivity, including an optional network adaptor and an HDCP-enabled DVI terminal. Four interchangeable lenses ensure maximum flexibility, offering a range of throw distances to cater for venues of all sizes.

The LV-7575 features:
Powerful 5500 lumens, for projected images up to 400" diagonal
Native XGA resolution (1024 x 768 pixels), maximum UXGA (1600 x 1200 pixels)
800:1 contrast ratio
New dedicated 10-bit Image Processing Circuit for exceptional image quality
New compact 1.3x Zoom Lens with powered zoom, focus and vertical lens shift (1:1 to 10:0); plus a choice of four optional interchangeable lenses
Advanced multimedia connectivity, including HDCP-enabled DVI-D interface and 5x BNC terminals, plus an optional Network Imager.

The LV-7575 sits at the top of Canon's LV range of LCD projectors.

Canon's brightest

Benefitting from an improved optical layout and a new high-power 318 watt UHP lamp, the LV-7575 offers 5500 lumens - without the need for the "Turbo Bright" system of its predecessor. Colour fidelity therefore remains uncompromised, even at full brightness.

The power of the new projector makes it suitable for large screens in professional venues, delivering images up to 400" diagonal. Presentations remain clear and bright, even in well-lit environments.
Maximum flexibility

A new lighter and more compact 1.3x zoom lens is supplied as standard. It can be exchanged with any of the four optional lenses, depending on the requirements of the venue. Users can choose between ultra-short-focus (for rear projection), short-focus zoom, long-focus zoom and very-long-focus zoom (ideal for theatres and auditoriums).

The powered lens shift allows the lens to be raised or lowered as needed - avoiding the need to tilt the device and the subsequent quality loss associated with keystone correction.

For theatrical and special effects, the LV-7575 can be operated vertically for projection onto floors and ceilings, without any risk of damage to the lamp or internal components.
Advanced connectivity

Designed to meet the demanding requirements of AV professionals, the LV-7575 offers seamless compatibility with virtually every possible video source. High Definition sources (720p / 1080i / 1080PsF formats) are reproduced with exceptional quality. The projector's DVI-D port provides connectivity with digital sources and is HDCP compliant, for correct display of encrypted content.

The 5 x BNC terminals ensure extra reliability with long cable connections, particularly useful when the projector is mounted on a ceiling. For connection to an external monitor - ideal for presenters - an RGB output terminal is included. Component Video and S-Video inputs are also available, while SCART connectivity can be accommodated via an optional adaptor cable.
Network imager

The LV-NI02 is an optional network imager that provides direct connectivity to an Ethernet network, allowing users to control, monitor and send images to the projector remotely, from the convenience of any PC located on the same network.
