Imagetogo.net has grown dramatically in the last year, so much so that they are
planning to launch in the USA in the autumn.
The only price model they offer is pay as you go. So when the photographers are
not earning money they are a zero overhead.
They are about to launch a major upgrades to their site taking advantage of the
latest .net C4 technology. They have focused their attention on making the end
clients experience (the photographer's clients) more rewarding. The slideshow
will have fade in and out, the size of the image will go up from 400 pixels
square to massive 500 pixels square and they will be introducing an indexing
system, so that clients can find images more quickly, especially valuable for
‘Event’ photographers.
ChopChop’ is unique to Imagetogo.net. Being in the final stage of their patent
application. It’s a browser plug-in, (not a desktop application) that takes the
large image files from your ‘C’ drive, automatically optimises them and sizes
them before sending the images to the server. So it actually transmits very
small files across the internet which is why it will work on a 56kb modem and
obviously works a lot faster on broadband.

Photo Quote: You can find pictures anywhere. It's simply a matter of noticing things and organizing them. You just have to care about what's around you and have a concern with humanity and the human comedy. - Elliott Erwitt
