15/02/08

Nikon Stand D40, Hall 10

Nikon is pleased to announce it will be supporting the Focus on Imaging photographic show at Birmingham’s NEC from the 24th – 27th February 2008.

This year’s show will see Nikon’s latest products including its revolutionary new professional digital SLRs, the D3 and D300 showcased on the award winning Nikon stand. Visitors will also be able to check out the recently announced D60, the spring/summer COOLPIX line up as well as the range of new professional lenses. The Nikon team will be on hand everyday to give advice and tips on all aspects of the Nikon range.

An impressive line up of inspirational speakers will be giving talks throughout the show in the seminar area of the stand which accommodates in excess of forty people. Seminar speakers will be inspirational, practical and technical and will include travel photographer, Steve Davey and Photography Monthly Editor, Will Cheung, along with John Clements and Oz Kharawala who will be demonstrating the innovative features of the D3 and D300.

A full seminar schedule will be announced shortly.

The SWPP 2008 Convention was an outstanding success,
we have 191 days to get ready for the 2009 convention - which starts on January 14, 2009

Photo Quote: There comes a point where you see it all as completely empty being a popular artist to the extent that people who are not necessarily interested in art know about things or take some little interest. I think that now for me it's a burden. It's a bit hard to deal with and it wastes time as well. - David Hockney
