Join John and his top model Claire Marr at the world famous St Gregory's Social Club in Farnworth. Not sure where that is? If we asked you to drive along the road to the club and then pull off into Paradise would that give you a clue?

St Gregory's Social Club was the setting for Phoenix Nights, the classic Peter Kay series. If you want to walk through the hallowed doors, just like TV's own Roy Walker and guarded by Max and Paddy, then this is your chance.

Better still John will show you just how to use this, less than inspiring venue, to take wonderful bridal imagery.

This is a thoroughly practical exploration of how to get the best from very basic surroundings. Together John and Claire will explore every part of the club and surroundings to get great images. John Denton

How to prepare your clients for their wedding day photography
How to train them to work with you on the day
How John structures his shooting on a wedding day
How to use others in the bridal party to help you
When to use natural light and when not
When to have flash on camera, when to take it off camera and when to get creative with Elinchrom Quadra's
How to pose brides of all sizes and shapes
John's editing techniques for preparing slideshows on the day and for selling to clients

Mostly you will learn how to identify the potential in any location and maximise it's potential.

You will shoot images as well as watching John in action so camera's and imagination required.
