Our pianos provide a wonderful musical accompaniment, or alternatively you can choose recorded music or an acoustic musical group to add to the special atmosphere.

Weddings can take place in exquisitely decorated rooms with lofty ceilings and grand pillars.
Venue History: Created by local man John Bowes and his French wife Josiphine, they shared a passion and love of art which led to the building of this purpose built Museum that opened in 1892.
Today the magnificent chateau houses the greatest collection of European fine and decorative arts in the North of England. These are displayed in exquisitely decorated rooms with lofty ceilings and grand pillars.
