Willesborough Windmill :-
Willesborough Windmill is a large white smock mill built in 1869 and is now a Grade 11* listed building, beautiful tranquil site with a small Victorian garden, a large adjacent meadow, 19th century Kentish Barn and sunny court-yard.

The tradition of tying tin cans to the back of the newlywed's vehicle originated long ago when items which would produce noise were tied to the back of the couple's carriage to scare away evil spirits.
