It began back in the 1970s, inspired by my late father who used to capture action shots of my brother and I competing in road rallies throughout the North of England. It was then I decided to take up photography seriously, by taking a two-year professional qualification at Northumberland College in Graphic Design and Photography. I now have over 20 years experience in photography, weddings, and commercial photography, and specialise in a range of sports including rallying, autocross, hockey, karting, surfing and kite surfing, all using the latest digital and software technology. I am currently the official photographer for Bedlington Terriers Football Club, regularly supplying images to local papers such as the Northumberland Herald & Post and the News Post Leader (Part of the Evening Chronicle Group), and have also supplied images for the Newcastle Eagles Basketball Team and the Newbury Weekly News Group.
