USB (Universal Serial Bus)
Peripheral connector that allows items such as printers, scanners and digital cameras to be connected and unconnected to the computer without turning it off. The computer detects when an item has been plugged in and asks you to install the necessary software if it isnít already on board. Up to 127 items can be connected at once.
